This is a work in progress. Please check this post regularly to make sure you're up-to-date on all rules pertaining to posting and reading posts on the West Virginia State Firemen's Association Website.

Please note: This is a private website and forums. As guests of this website, you haven't obtained a warranty or guarantee of the workability of any function within this site. This site is not intended as a replacement for proper notification of legal issues, all legal correspondence should be directed to the Executive Secretary.

The posts made in this forum are subject to review and removal after unapproved content is noted. The West Virginia State Firemen's Association has sole control of all content submitted to this website and may, at the discretion of the website moderators and administrators, remove, moderate, delete, move and otherwise censor all material contained herein.

As stated above each forum on this board, everything on this forum is Rated "G" for all content. All messages exceeding this rating may be removed at any time. Remember, this is a family viewed website.

Explicit material, including but not limited to: (pornography (either literary or graphical), subjective graphics or literature) and disruptive posts (trolling), suspected sock-puppetry, post pirating, etc. may, at the discretion of the administration, be removed or otherwise censored to maintain decorum and order.

All posts from all guests belong to these guests. The West Virginia State Firemen's Association will attempt to maintain a rated "G" environment for all to view. However, it is inconceivable to believe that any entity is capable in this digital age to monitor all traffic on websites to the point of "instantaneous moderation" of content. Therefore, it is the intent of the West Virginia State Firemen's Association to remove subjective content in a reasonable amount of time and/or after being properly notified (notification sent AND received by administration) of the subjective material.

The administration of this website maintains the ability to lock accounts based on any rule violations.

Spamming, the sending of unsolicited commercial messages, in any forum other than the "Classified Ads" forum, isn't allowed.

If you feel a post is in violation of these rules, please notify the administration by submitting a post to the "Forum Rules" forum or by emailing: wvsfa-webmaster@wvsfa.org. We will handle this issue ASAP.

Thank you and enjoy your stay!
